The place is brand new, with beautiful furnishings and tasteful decor. We booked two nights for our family, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was the weak point. It was self-service, mostly prepackaged, with two cakes that get put out again each day until they run out. Unfortunately, the food was expired and badly stored. We had this happen with a yogurt, and although we expected a small discount for the trouble, none was offered. Still a pleasant stay, though there's room to improve.

The owners were always available and thoughtful about what we needed, and breakfast each morning was a treat, with fresh, genuine local food. The setting is ideal if you want the peace of nature. I've stayed in all kinds of places across Italy for work, but I haven't come across another B&B at this level. You could book a 5-star hotel for luxury, yet this place comes close, with the personal warmth of a family-run business. From the welcome to the atmosphere, I felt at home and completely at ease. The whole property is impeccable, truly. The cleaning is extraordinary, and care shows in every choice, from the sheets and pillows to the sofas and all the little details meant to make guests comfortable. Choosing this B&B would be a mistake? Let me put it this way, you'd be missing out.

Mrs. Silvana was so kind and helpful with everything, and breakfast was generous. Downstairs there's a lovely breakfast room, as well as a lounge with seating and beautiful furnishings where you can relax. The place feels really chic, everything is new and put together with care and good taste. The room and bathroom were comfortable and fully equipped, and there's parking outdoors within the property.

The rooms felt like elegant little retreats, furnished to a high standard. I noticed the care even in the bathrooms, from the materials to the way the accessories were arranged. The property's entrance gives you a first glimpse of what's inside, where classic and contemporary furnishings come together in a welcoming but sophisticated way. The refined atmosphere continues throughout, with details that seem carefully thought through. The service was just as polished. Requests were handled professionally, and the staff maintained the property's high standards discreetly. I found the whole stay a remarkable example of quality and elegance, from the building itself to the hospitality.
