Casa Vacanza da Isa

The apartment had everything we needed, and it was spotlessly clean. Fabrizio and Isabella were fantastic hosts. Fabrizio knew all the local restaurants and cafes, while Isabella, who is a tour guide, helped us choose outings. Through her, we booked a private guide for Etna. We would never have found someone so knowledgeable and passionate on our own, and we had a wonderful day. My daughter was thrilled, and the guide was always attentive to what she needed. The dogs were incredibly sweet and loved being petted. My daughter fell in love with them. We easily made trips to Noto, Syracuse, Acireale, Catania, Taormina, and Etna. We hope to return soon and highly recommend the house for a stay on the east coast. Thank you for everything!

We especially loved the villa's back veranda. It was beautifully equipped, furnished, and kept clean, and made a very comfortable spot in the evenings. The urban surroundings outside were a bit neglected, which contrasted with how lovely the house was. We spent a week there in August with seven people, using it as a base to drive around the eastern coast of Sicily from Aci Sant'Antonio. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a properly equipped kitchen. It was very hot, but the air conditioning cooled all the rooms as Mr. Fabrizio had assured us. Our hosts were helpful and kind, present without getting in the way. They suggested places to see and quickly took care of our small requests. Shops and services were within walking distance or a short drive, and we found some fantastic takeaways where we tried local food.

We only wish we'd stayed longer than two nights. The house is very spacious and has every comfort we could think of. It's fully equipped, and although parking is limited in the area, being able to park right in front was unmatched. The location is close to the main services and just minutes from the Acireale highway toll booth. Mr. Fabrizio welcomed us warmly, and we really appreciated that he came to say goodbye when Mrs. Isa left. The owners' big dogs were welcoming too, greeting us with wagging tails in the morning. Sending them lots of cuddles 😁 If we're back in the area, this will DEFINITELY be the first place we consider. Highly recommended!

We spent 12 days here in September and were extremely happy with our stay. The rooms were spacious and meticulously clean, the kitchen was comfortable and fully equipped, and the shower was very convenient. The owners paid close attention to us, treating us to generous breakfasts, sweet treats, and excellent coffee. Their advice about the area was especially good, from where to buy local fruit and bread to the best restaurants across a wide range of locations, plus friendly suggestions for things to visit and places we shouldn't miss. They also helped me sort out a car rental problem, kindly, promptly, and professionally. Parking was very convenient. We'd love to return as soon as possible. Thank you.
