The photos online seemed a bit outdated. In person, the hotel looked much better than I expected, and it was clean, centrally located, and had everything I needed. The staff were polite and attentive. My only small complaint was that the shower gel was nearly empty when I arrived and wasn’t refilled the next day. It wasn’t a big deal, since I’d brought my own.

The lady at reception was so kind and helpful, and the service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The hotel was comfortable and had a welcoming feel. It’s just a short walk from the city center and the major attractions, so the location couldn’t be better. We had a wonderful stay in Milan!

Breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect, close to the Linate airport, well connected, and in the center. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to after this experience. The staff and service were exceptional, and they paid great attention to detail.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room at Hotel Regina was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a particularly comfy bed. The shampoo, hand soap, and other amenities were high quality, too. We had a wonderful stay in Milan, and would happily come back. The location is great.

We stayed three nights and would happily stay here again. The staff were kind and helpful, especially when arranging airport transport and helping us mail items home. The room was spacious and comfortable, and there was a nice selection at breakfast. It was centrally located for the sites we wanted to see, including the Last Supper and The Duomo.
