The hotel is made up of the ground and first floors of its building. Staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, understanding, and always in a good mood. Rooms are a little small, but have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Milan. They were clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and tidy as well. The metro station is nearby, making it easy to plan trips and get across the city quickly. Breakfast was good, though the selection was on the small side. Coffee was made fresh when you arrived, and it was excellent. The modest menu was fine for a night or two, but after a week, having the same limited choices every day became a downside. There's a pub on the street in front of the hotel, so it can be noisy until late on nights before the weekend. The window insulation is very good, which helps if you close the windows, as long as it's not hot outside.

The place and the service were shockingly bad. The photos look heavily touched up because the rooms look nothing like them. Everything felt old, dirty, and dusty, with stained walls and old, squeaky beds. Being there genuinely felt like a nightmare. 0/10, please avoid.

The place was silent and peaceful even though the subway station is close by. It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it! Marina (Montenegro)

Such a nice stay! The hotel and room were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were polite and kind. Shoutout to the receptionist, who was always super kind and agreed to speak with me in Italian while I was practicing, instead of switching straight to English ☺️
