This place really seems built around families who return year after year. Some have been coming for 40 years, and 98% of the guests are regular families who treat it as their summer home. Prices are affordable and people are courteous. The bar and market have plenty of stock, though no one comes to sweep your parking area. The pizza is good, and the pool, while dated, is clean. The entertainment has an almost village-like feel. You do have to walk a bit to reach the sea, where there are free cold showers and a few loungers.

The village is lively and well organized, and the pool is excellent. But reaching it in a campervan was very awkward, with narrow, busy roads, and they put us at the bottom of the village, making the climb back up a challenge. The electricity couldn't handle an air conditioner, and the dishwashing sinks looked abandoned. I'd recommend it only to campervan users.

The sea is beautiful, though better suited to experienced swimmers, and the place has spacious facilities. There's also a large seawater pool and excellent entertainment staff. A little upkeep on the taps, toilets, and some showers would help, but the many amenities make up for it.

I got the party time wrong and showed up at 5:30 PM to pick up my son and his friends, when I should have come at 6:30 PM. I was already annoyed about the mix-up, but then at 6:15 PM they told me I had 15 minutes to leave or I'd have to pay admission. I had no other reason to be there than to hurry the kids along, and I don't see how a tourism business can be run like that. I asked for the manager, who was even ruder than the woman at reception. Now I'm sitting outside in the car waiting for the kids. They should be ashamed. I'll never come back. If they treated me this way in five minutes, I can only imagine how they treat their guests.

The pool was the one good feature, a lovely seawater pool, but its hours were ridiculous: it opened at 10:00 AM, shut at 1:00 PM, reopened at 4:00 PM, then closed at 6:30 PM. At 1:00 PM the lifeguard practically pushed everyone out and was incredibly unfriendly. The beach they advertise as a "pebble beach" was practically inaccessible to 99% of guests. If sharp rocks count as pebbles, then I'm the Pope. We rented the Brunella "mobile home" for around €1,000, supposedly comfortable for six. It was like a container in a gypsy camp, with a standard double bed and two battered, warped, uncomfortable sofa beds. There was only a 20-liter hot water boiler for six people, and we couldn't use a hairdryer while the air conditioning was on. Cleanliness was sketchy, though ultimately acceptable. Electricity cost extra via a prepaid card, so limiting the wattage made no sense. And the entertainment? Four kids who, poor things, were pretending to be entertainers. They didn't seem to have the slightest idea how to run a resort or campsite, though to be fair, they did try. An experience to forget. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, even someone who already lives in a Roma camp.
