Casa delle Aci

We’d be happy to come back and recommend the place to family and friends. The apartment has a nice outdoor area, and inside it’s clean and welcoming, with the comforts we needed, including TV, heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Rosaria was friendly, attentive, and knew the area well.

Our experience was awful. The owner suggested a parking spot near the house and described it as “safe.” When we came back at 11:00 PM, the rear lights were gone from our Fiat 500X. After that, we no longer felt safe and drove off for the long journey home without the two rear lights, losing over €350. The house was cold because the meter couldn’t handle both air conditioning units. We had to keep going out to reconnect them during the few hours we spent there. As for the owner’s response about cleanliness, what she considers clean didn’t work for us: it was dusty, the kitchen was greasy, and dirt had built up in the corners of every room. It looked like it had been there for six years, which I assume is how long she referred to in her reply. The photo of the parking lot speaks for itself. This was a terrible experience.

It’s a peaceful area, and there’s a little square nearby that made parking convenient. The owners were kind and very helpful, so I’d happily stay here again. The house is spacious and lovely, with two double bedrooms and two single beds upstairs, plus two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and outdoor space. The furnishings are new, everything was very clean, and the care in the details really showed.

The owner treated us really well and was friendly and helpful throughout. My family and I had a great three-night stay at Aci's house. It’s roomy enough for a big group and comes fully equipped, with air conditioning, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and more. A great spot for a short break!
