The kitchen was shared with the other rooms, something I hadn't realized from the ad, which wasn't very clear. Breakfast was simple: one fresh croissant and one peach each, plus toast, packaged jam, coffee, and milk. The croissants were excellent, though, and the owner was very kind. The property was spotless, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the area outside the room was nice and useful. Being able to use the fridge mattered a lot. It's a quiet area, and the private gated parking is convenient. Great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again.

The outdoor area was really pleasant, and everything felt new and welcoming. We stayed three nights in a villa just like the photos, with spacious rooms and bathrooms and very fast WiFi. Massimo was welcoming and helpful, and the varied Italian breakfast was plentiful. Parking was excellent in the private driveway, secured by two electronic gates. The sea isn't close, but beautiful, vast Fondachello beach is only a 15-minute drive away. A great option for exploring eastern Sicily.

The place feels quite new, and I appreciated having parking right in front. The kitchen and the terrace outside the building are shared. The owner made breakfast. Since the terrace sits just outside the room, a little decoration there might make it feel kitschy.

Massimo is so kind, and at breakfast he's attentive without getting in the way. The croissants were spectacular, even though breakfast itself is on the sweet side. The room was modern, new and clean, and the garden was lovely to sit in during the evening. It's a quiet, comfortable villa with simple furnishings, away from the busy holiday season. A few hangers in the bathroom would be useful, even suction-cup ones, though we managed without. We'd recommend it and would come back.
