My husband and I had a lovely, peaceful three-night stay at La Forestale. The rocky gorge view and the surrounding setting are stunning. Our accommodation was comfortable and well equipped, and Erik was very helpful with suggestions for outings and places to eat. We enjoyed it a lot.

The suite has an unforgettable, almost crazy view, and it's a wonderful choice for a romantic holiday. Eric is a great host who can suggest trails and activities, and can also book one of the excellent restaurants in the valley. The location is wonderful, with a breathtaking view.

We chose La Forestale for our annual summer trip to Italy because it's in the middle of a natural reserve, and it exceeded our expectations. Eric and his hostess made us feel at home right away, with suggestions for hikes and things to do nearby. The B&B is comfortable, with modern, spacious rooms; ours had a wonderful terrace and a view of the Gola. It's also arranged to keep its environmental impact minimal. Alessandra gives massages with magic hands, so take the chance to book one. We'll be back to try the new Finnish sauna and swimming pool. Arrivederci!

The walking trails and natural scenery nearby are lovely, and the views from the house are gorgeous, especially from the Mandela Room. Breakfast was just right. The building feels solid and is very comfortable, and the hosts were kind, helpful, and professional. Our October 2022 stay matched what the hosts and other guests had described. La Forestale is well worth recommending.
