We stayed for a weekend, and Chiara was professional and welcoming. The apartment she arranged for us is on two levels in Ghetto square: the kitchen is downstairs, while upstairs there’s a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, though a microwave would be a useful addition. The bathroom’s bidet and toilet could do with some upkeep. The village is a handy base for nearby sights, including Marmore Falls.

We came to Acquasparta by chance and were charmed by the medieval village. Chiara’s comfortable place is right in the historic center, with a supermarket and other essentials not far away. The rooms are lovely, spacious, warm and have all the comforts. We’d happily recommend it and will definitely return.

We stayed in what was basically a studio, with a lovely terrace. Breakfast came to the room, but it wasn’t well maintained and could use some improvement. Still, we’d rate it 9 out of 10. A great place to stay.

The room was spacious, well furnished and very quiet, with a nice balcony overlooking the valley that it shares with another room. The property has lots of character and is well maintained. You can drive into the historic center to unload, then use one of several nearby free parking spots. I’m not sure whether the sofa converts into a bed, though a child might be able to sleep on it. My only drawback was no breakfast, but there’s a well-stocked village bar three minutes away on foot. I recommend the place. We spent a weekend in this beautiful Umbrian village.
