It’s fine for a night’s stay. We spent three days here last fall, and I timed the walk to the metro at 16 minutes. The room was very small and didn’t have a mini fridge. There were a few snacks in the common area on the first day, but none after that.

The room had everything we needed, including A/C, Wi-Fi, a private bathroom and a mini-fridge, and it was tidy. Both San Giovanni and Re di Roma Metro Stations are about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around Rome. 10/10, I’d stay again.

Coffee, cookies, water and other snacks were always available to grab, which we appreciated. There are a couple of mini-markets nearby, and the location is great for getting into the city center or to the central station, with two metro stops and bus stops served by several lines. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was provided and it was amazing. The rooms were clean, and I Pini Di Roma is in a lovely neighborhood with some good places to eat. We had an excellent two-night stay!

Very basic rooms, but comfortable enough. Decent accommodation, and we could check ourselves in at 8pm.
