I was cycling through and really liked the owner. The location is great, and I appreciated his help. If you need somewhere for your bike, message him on WhatsApp beforehand and ask if he can arrange secure storage. I was allowed to keep mine in a double room, but I got the sense he'd rather it wasn't inside since the place had just been renovated. He may have a friend with a locked garage parking area, so ask ahead. Don't count on being able to bring your bike inside. I think I was lucky.

We slept really well on the soft, comfortable mattresses, and both the bedroom and living room had air conditioning. The apartment was huge, with a large bedroom and an especially spacious living room and bathroom. It was clean, neatly arranged and tastefully furnished. The sheets and towels smelled lovely, and breakfast was generous with plenty of variety. The owner was so helpful that he even helped us find another place to stay. Thanks for everything! 100*

Coffee or tea was available whenever we wanted, and the breakfast was simple but had what we needed. The B&B is small, new and fresh, with simple but complete facilities and a very comfortable bed. Service and hospitality were excellent, and the daily cleaning was thorough. The only small thing I'd improve is the room doors: they're not very well insulated and tend to stay open. It didn't spoil a wonderful stay at all. Highly recommended.

We felt right at home at B&B Piazza Kolbe. Mr. Pasquale was welcoming and always willing to help, and the place was clean and comfortable. It's in a strategic spot and the price is excellent for what you get. Thanks so much ❤️ Highly recommended!

Shabby place. Don't let the owner fool you. Even though we'd followed every instruction from his assistant, cleaned up and put everything back, he still unfairly demanded €50 compensation. Cleaning and tidying weren't even supposed to be our responsibility. It doesn't deserve even one star.
