The owner was so kind and helpful, and the place was clean and spacious. Most places are an easy walk, with taxis and a bus route around every corner.

Andrea and Vivalda were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The rooms were really nice and clean. The location is excellent, with the Metro just steps away and the Colosseum just under 2 km away. There's a garage right by the B&B, handy if you'd rather leave the car and explore Rome on foot or by Metro. We stayed two nights and will be back.

The room was small, but very comfortable. It was fresh and clean, and we couldn't hear the neighbors. There's a shared kitchen, and breakfast has coffee, a croissant, and yogurt. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The location is very convenient: Metro 150 meters away, supermarket 20 meters, McDonald's 100 meters, and the Colosseum was about a half-hour walk.

We could walk to the Colosseum in about 20 minutes, and the metro and bus stops were only a two-minute walk away. Getting in and out was easy since they gave us the building keys. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us really well, and all the staff were very friendly. An excellent B&B.
