We had a very good two-night stay at B&B San Trifone. Our host was friendly and helped us with a late 10 pm check-in. She didn’t speak English, but we managed fine with Google Translate. The room was a good size, with good air-conditioning, a roomy bathroom, and a nice veranda looking out over the road. A hairdryer and the usual basics were there. The pillows were a bit too soft, the only complaint, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Breakfast was nice, with croissants, a muffin, tea, and coffee.

Super clean, comfy beds, and a really nice host. Thanks, Felomena, for making us feel so welcome at your BB.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. The staff were also really warm, friendly, and helpful. I had a great stay.

The owner of this B&B was rude, nasty, and so unfriendly. She was a nightmare!

The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the rest of the stay was a letdown. I’d stayed here eight years ago and felt confident booking again, but this time was very disappointing. My friend had told them when I’d arrive, yet nobody was there for check-in. An Italian friend had to phone and unlock the door for me. I was given a breakfast coupon with no directions or information about the cafe, so my friend had to find it and come with me. The Wi-Fi only worked at certain times, which wasn’t convenient, and nobody explained that there was a shared refrigerator outside the room. Then on my last night, I got back at 11 PM and couldn’t open my door with the key. I was locked out. I called my friend, who contacted the owner, and she just said she was busy. She didn’t apologize to me at all. I’ve never had an experience like this in Italy, and I’m very disappointed. I hate to think what would have happened if I’d been alone without my Italian friend.
