Maison Vantaggio

The host was quick to respond and let us leave our bags until our flight, which we appreciated. The rooms were cozy, with a private bathroom and a sofa bed; there was water, tea, and candy in the room, plus milk, juice, fruit, and cereal in the little kitchen. It’s about an easy 20-minute walk to places around Rome, and via del Corso is nearby, leading straight toward the center. A cute little bus stops just around the corner, about 300+m away. I did find it annoying that the bed cover sat between two sheets instead of having its own case, and I often found something on the floor the next day. A stand in the shower for toiletries would also help. Still, it was a pleasant stay and I’ll return.

The staff were the best part for us. The girls made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after. The place was beautiful and clean, and the central location worked well for exploring Rome. I’d warmly recommend this Maison.

Gabriele took great care of us, and even after returning from Europe I keep thinking about our stay here. Coffee, tea, food, and drinks were available around the clock. The location was great too, with a short walk to the metro and the main attractions in Rome also reachable on foot.

The location made it easy to walk to all the main sights, and the rooms were spacious with the amenities we needed. We also made good use of the kitchen for breakfast, coffee, and snacks during the day. Gabriele was wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.
