The room I booked on Booking was for four people, and I’d specifically requested one queen bed and two twin beds. Instead, we were put in room 135 with two sofa beds. They were so uncomfortable that I could feel the metal bars digging into my back, and I had a terrible night. There wasn’t even a chair for the desk, so when I asked reception, they gave me a pouf. For the price, I expected better service. Not a very nice experience.

Breakfast is great, and you should try the vegan croissants. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms that have a fridge and TV. Its location is handy too, with a mall and several restaurants nearby.

Valentina was so responsive, professional and kind in her emails before we arrived. Once we got there, her warm smile and wonderful hospitality made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! Warm regards, Dajana

Nothing fancy, but for the price it’s a convenient hotel near the lake, with spacious rooms and free parking. The rooms are a little dated. Breakfast is basic but fair for what you pay, and reception staff are very friendly and ready to help. You can also fully charge an electric car overnight for €18.
