Casa Gentile is a lovely home, run by a welcoming family who were charming and helpful. It sits in a peaceful mountain village that’s also the start of a truly heavenly trekking route. Amalfi, Ravello and Positano make great destinations to explore from here.

Martina and Saverio welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home right away. Our room was spotless and beautiful, and Martina made a delicious breakfast with her homemade treats. Their advice for exploring this stunning area was invaluable. We chose Casa Gentile because it’s close to the Path of the Gods, and it turned out to be the right choice. We stayed here with two friends to walk the Path of the Gods, and the trail entrance is just a short walk away. Casa Gentile was true to its name, with a lovely welcome from the family. The rooms were clean, cozy and carefully finished, and breakfast was generous and tasty. They spoiled us with homemade little cakes and ring cakes. Highly recommended. Antonio, Laura, Fabio e Maria
