Termini Station is right in view from the front door, which made getting around Rome simple. I had the entire apartment to myself. It was spacious and clean, and one of the owners greeted me in a really relaxed, friendly way. There was a great offer too, which made the stay even nicer. The flat is on the fifth floor, but there's a lift. Around the corner, heading toward Piazza Vittorio Emanuele ll, there are plenty of inexpensive Asian places to eat. The quirky colors were fun, but what first won me over was the sink set into an old Fiat bonnet. Even the lights work!

It delivers what it promises, and being right by Termini means you can get around on foot. The building is secure, though, like anywhere in the center, you do need to watch the surrounding streets. The apartment fits four comfortably, with a good shower and even towels and soap provided. Great value for Rome.

We stayed for 10 days and felt very safe. The flat was clean and so close to Termini, with trains, buses, and the metro all accessible. From there, you can reach the stations that take you to the sights, including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. The lift is very small and only fits one person. We were on the fifth floor, but I couldn't have picked a better place.

We found the area downstairs pretty unpleasant for a family with children. The apartment is behind Termini station, where there are people sleeping on the street and bad smells. Still, being only a few minutes from the station made it worth putting up with that. The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and well kept, with all the amenities we needed, and the landlord was very nice.

Tomaso was a very friendly landlord, and the cleaning staff were professional. The apartment was clean, centrally located, and very well equipped.
