The owner and staff were so nice and helpful, and breakfast came with homemade cappuccino that I loved. The rooms were new and very clean. Getting the room was a real “wow” moment: it was large, with two nicely decorated rooms, a living room with a balcony, and a big bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom in the middle. This has been our best hotel in Rome so far, and we’ll definitely be back.

Tiziana made breakfast herself. It was simple, but she was so warm and kind. The B&B is lovely, right in the heart of Rome, with comfortable rooms and a large bathroom. Four of us fit comfortably, and we had a nice view from the small balcony. The air conditioning was just right, and the whole place had a pleasant floral smell from all the air fresheners. Definitely worth considering for a quick trip to Rome.

Mrs. Tiziana was very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was excellent. We spent one night here and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were lovely, spotless, and had every comfort. If we get the chance to return to Rome, we’d definitely stay here again.

The area is quiet, and it’s close to public transport and the Ottaviano metro. The Vatican is fairly nearby too, about 1 km away. We were given all the directions we needed, and Mrs. Tiziana was very kind. The place was clean and very nice. We’ll definitely come back.
