The area is beautiful, but the house is a complete mess. The shower won't drain, and there's nowhere to put clothes. For a 15-day stay, four hangers seems far too few. There was just one tiny bedside table. The pillows were disgusting, open and exposed without covers. The mattresses felt worse than sleeping on a fakir's nails. The bathroom has a small sink and a corner cabinet that can't even fit toilet paper. There's no roll holder or soap dish either. We didn't even have a lighter, so how are you supposed to light the gas if you don't smoke? And the stairs are a hazard: a brick spiral staircase with every step a different height and no handrail, so you risk falling every time. You can reach all the most beautiful beaches from this lovely location. I understand the price is good, but that doesn't mean this place should be called a TOILET. When someone gets money without having to work hard, this is the worst possible situation. I'll say no more.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfect for families or anyone wanting real peace away from the hustle and bustle. The village has a bar, shop, ATM, and restaurant/pizzeria. We had a good time, and the place seemed clean overall, though I did tidy up a bit. The Majori residence is a nice apartment complex, but the interiors need better maintenance. A little money spent on them could make them really nice. We had all the dishes and a fan that was barely standing. Unlike other apartments I've rented in Sardinia, this one at least had a TV with a decoder that worked. I don't think a coffee maker was provided, though it was listed on the website as an appliance. There was no iron or ironing board either.

The complex may have been nice when it was first built, but now it looks shabby and badly needs a major refresh. The bathroom has plenty of wear-related problems, and the kitchen is very poorly equipped, without even a corkscrew or can opener. There's no air conditioning or ceiling fan either. The heat in early August 2017 was undeniably exceptional. I kindly asked the Santa Teresa di Gallura agency that manages the property to provide a fan temporarily, but they didn't think it was necessary. Treating guests so superficially means they won't come back. What a shame!

Sardinia is beautiful, and the area around the apartments is lovely and green. The apartments themselves are beyond the pale. We've camped all our lives, in tents, caravans, and bungalows, and honestly, camping is more comfortable. Our studio was dirty when we arrived. The two little stoves were rusty and didn't work properly, the mini fridge had no freezer, and the shower drain was blocked, leaving the bathroom flooded all the time. The TV didn't work, the toilet kept flushing, and the closet shelves kept falling down. I have a one-year-old daughter, so I asked beforehand whether it was too hot and whether there were mosquitoes. They said no. Fortunately, the mosquitoes stopped after the first two days, but it was hot, and we couldn't open the windows because bees swarmed around us. We brought all these problems to the agency, but they brushed us off, saying the issues were ours, everything worked, and we'd have to make do. We're never setting foot in this pseudo-resort again.

The boiler came off the wall above the toilet on our final night, about an hour before the alarm was due to ring. It smashed the toilet and water spread through the whole apartment. Someone could have been badly hurt if they’d been in the bathroom. We’d already asked for help with a blocked shower after two days, but maintenance took three more days to show up. The place was in awful shape: rust on the dish rack, shower, and fridge, exposed wires, and a fridge so noisy we couldn’t sleep. We didn’t even feel safe using the kitchenette. We’re used to traveling cheaply and making do, but this apartment took some nerve to let. Shameful.
