You have to pay when booking to contact them, then they refuse late check-in and won't refund the full price for the two-night reservation. It feels like they deliberately take tourists' money for nothing.

Staff at reception gave great service, and the location made everything easy. The metro, bus stop, Carrefour Express, and lots of pizzerias and restaurants are very close. The Vatican is walkable, and the metro can take you to the other tourist attractions. They were very accommodating, even offering a baby crib before we asked and adjusting the breakfast timing and service to guests' needs. There are free and paid parking spots for cars, and the price was fair, especially for the location. This is a great example of how a stay in a new city should be. I loved it and would gladly return to Rome.
Our trip to Rome was left in pieces after flight delays forced changes to our plans, and the hotel offered no way to help. We’re very disappointed with the customer service. They didn’t take care of us or suggest any alternatives to make things better.
RVS has become my favorite comfortable spot in the heart of Vaticano Prati. Matteo is such a friendly, honest, helpful host, and Daniela and Mary are just as lovely while handling breakfast and housekeeping. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and have all the basics you need. It works just as well for work as for a getaway, highly recommend it.
I’d told them about the delay as soon as I learned of it in Madrid, and they had my flight information. When I called because I couldn’t find the driver, the receptionist said he’d contact him and call me back. I waited 15 minutes, then called again. By then he said the driver had left and reception was closing at midnight, so I shouldn’t come. I said I’d take an Uber and arrive around 12:15 AM, but he told me to claim compensation from the airline and canceled the whole booking, including the next night. Our Ryanair flight had arrived about 76 minutes late. I’d booked a cab through Rome Vatican Suites, but couldn’t locate the driver after landing. If the receptionist had called back promptly, I could have taken an Uber and arrived on time. Instead, he kept me waiting and canceled everything. It felt like he saw a chance to make a quick buck. I call that a scam.
