We loved looking out over the square from the apartment, and the whole area felt clean, safe, and peaceful. The apartment was well situated and easy to get around from, making our stay just right. Our host Mateo was warm and welcoming. I’d highly recommend it for an affordable, well located break.

The owner was kind, and the rooms were very clean. It felt very safe, too, with the police station nearby. Many of Rome’s main sights are close, and there’s parking right in front of the building. For breakfast, you take a ticket to the bar on the corner, about 50m away, but by 10 o’clock most items have already run out.

Katia’s service was fantastic, and the rooms were modern, clean, and good quality. It’s a great bed and breakfast in a surprisingly central spot, with tourist sights easy to reach on foot or by bus. We had a perfect stay in Rome. Thanks to the team, and see you soon!

The location was excellent and the staff were nice. The rooms were fine, though we spent most of our time out exploring. Breakfast is included at a nearby cafe, just remember to bring the vouchers. Four stars overall.

Katia, the manager, was very helpful. Ryan, who was in charge of the rooms, went out of his way to make everything hassle free. It’s a very nice place to stay, and I’d definitely return to Art Seven Roma if I make it back to rome.
