Getting there is easier than it might seem: the owner sends a video showing the drive, and it turned out to be really useful. The place was very clean and in a lovely location.

The apartment feels brand new, everything works, and it’s kept in great shape, especially when it comes to cleanliness. Breakfast is included, which is rare these days, and Stefania clearly puts care into offering guests the best rather than cutting corners. She’s professional and courteous, always ready to help with questions or needs while still giving you space. There’s parking a few metres away, and a flight of steps takes you up to Agrigento’s historic centre. Highly recommended.

We were glad to stay here, especially since it works well both for spending time in central Agrigento and for visiting the Valley of the Temples. Stefania welcomed us herself on Ferragosto (August 15th) and made sure we had everything we needed. She was fantastic.

SOUL TEMPLES What we’ll remember most is how Giorgia and her family helped us through an unpleasant personal situation, even though they had no obligation to get involved. They supported us and also guided us on a nighttime visit to the Duomo, which happened to be open. That hospitality made our time in Agrigento especially pleasant. The apartment is charming, arranged over two levels, and sits right in the historic centre. The only possible downside, if you want to count it as one 😜, is that there’s no bidet in the bathroom.
