Hotel Stella

I came here to get out of a thunderstorm while I was up in the hills, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. I needed somewhere safe to leave my Landrover, and she sorted it quickly and easily with a really positive attitude. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything I needed. My Bella Napoli pizza was sensational, made with lovely simple ingredients. Breakfast was amazing too, with loads of cereal, fruit, ham, cheese, and eggs to choose from. I'll definitely be back. Well done, especially to the lovely receptionist, and thank you 😊

There were four of us dining with an infant, and the waitress was racist and wouldn't speak with us or take our table's order. She banged the food down and treated us disrespectfully. When the baby started crying, another waitress asked her to help, perhaps because she knew English, but she refused. We raised the issue with the manager and another waiter, but we don't know what they did about it. She carried on behaving the same way and never apologized. Not recommended!

The food arrives quickly and tastes good, but the pizzas seem to shrink a lot when tourists order them compared with the ones locals get. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I ate at the pizzeria/restaurant on the ground floor. The interior is nice, but the tables are packed too close together, so I wouldn't choose it for a tete-a-tete meal. The food was fine.
