The kids were especially taken with Mia, the hotel dog, and the pool table and table football downstairs. They rushed down there every day, and we felt comfortable letting our three children, aged 6, 8, and 9, go play by themselves because the hotel felt safe and cozy. The swimming pool was another favorite, while I liked ending the day with a quiet sauna session. Our room looked out over the mountains, so waking up to that view was a treat. The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. They were kind and gave us helpful suggestions for places to see nearby. We also liked the location. Moena was beautiful when we visited, though crowded with tourists, and returning to the peaceful hotel was a relief. There are parts of the hotel that feel a little run down, with small maintenance jobs that take away slightly from the stay, though they weren't deal-breakers. We were disappointed that breakfast and the restaurant were closed. The dining room feels deserted now, which is a pity given its potential, and we wondered if it gets livelier in winter. We had a great family stay. With some refurbishment and the shared spaces brought back to life, the place could be fantastic.

We stayed here for the final ski weekend of the season. The apartment had everything four men needed, and the woman at reception and her colleague were incredibly kind and helpful. Great value for what we paid. I recommend it!

The scenery around the residences was breathtaking, and I could set off hiking right from there. Taras was so welcoming and kind, and we even got to play pool for free. My room was better than I expected from the photos. I also loved that dogs are welcome and got to meet the lovely Mia.

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly, and the service was top level. Chef Manolo's food was delicious and stayed just as good all week. I had the best Christmas holiday ever here. Special thanks to Daniel, Rinaldo, the best waiter ever, Irene, and Mia, the coolest dog! :)

The VRBO apartment was spot on. There were only two of us, though it can sleep up to five, and it was clean and budget friendly. The host replied promptly, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of amenities. We were literally the only ones there in summer, which felt a little spooky, but it was still great. Moena isn't far away.
