The staff were so unfriendly and unpleasant that this was my first and last stay here. It was my third time in San Pellegrino, and this hotel is a joke. They made problems when asked to make drinks, pour beer, or do their actual jobs. If you don’t like working at the bar, go do something else. This place feels like a parody of a hotel, restaurant, chalet, or WC. We paid to spend time here, but the staff made the stay unpleasant. The drinks and food were disgusting too. 0/10 is too generous. My score is -99/10. DONT STAY HERE.

A beautiful hotel very close to the ski slopes. The staff are exceptionally friendly, it’s child-friendly, and they’ll go out of their way to help.

The spa was a real highlight, especially the cold plunge, two saunas, and two steam rooms. I’m taking off a star for the vegetarian food, though. My dinner option was a veggie patty sitting on polenta, with no sauce or seasoning to give it any flavor. Come on, guys 🤣

Great views, tasty food, and really good service. The hotel is close to the ski lift. The rooms feel a little old-fashioned, and the plugs are Italian, so you may need an adapter. Try the pool table, spa, and gym.

The room was on the small side, but it was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful mountain view. I spent five wonderful winter days here. Staff at reception, the bar, restaurant, and spa were all lovely and always ready to help with a smile. The spa is well equipped, with a gym, pool, and several kinds of sauna.
