The ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, and the walk to the centre is only 4-5 minutes. There’s also a free ski room for drying boots and storing skis. We’ve stayed at Ciampian hotel for the third year, and I can only say good things. It’s family owned, and the owners look after every detail. The hotel is cute and cosy, the rooms are spacious and incredibly clean, and the team is kind and polite. The restaurant food is delicious. Waitress Nicoletta remembered how we like our coffee and the special touch for our kid’s dessert. The playroom kept adults and children entertained while the rest of us could relax in the lobby bar. When we had a problem with our rental car, Barbara, the owner, helped us sort it out. The hotel is really well maintained, and last year the front entrance facade was upgraded with a cosy corner for smokers. We’d be happy to come back again and again, and recommend it for any time of year. Thanks for such a great stay. See you again soon!

We’ve stayed here for a second year, in both summer and winter, and have so many good things to say. The hotel is clean and orderly enough that our little girl could walk barefoot through all the shared areas. The breakfast was good and varied, and dinner was delicious, with a starter buffet that changed each time. It’s family-run, and everyone is very kind, friendly, and helpful. After a day on the ski slopes, we stayed here for one night. Parking was easy and included, and breakfast was really good, with friendly staff happy to help. The room and bathroom felt a little dated, but the price for what you get is good. I’d recommend it.

We came across this place online and ended up having a lovely four-day stay over New Year’s Eve. The owners were warm and helpful, and the hotel was clean. Meals were delicious and nicely presented, with great value for money. There’s garage parking, and the center is only a short walk away. Thank you, Elena.

Breakfast is a real highlight, and the dining room staff were kind and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely and welcoming, though the rooms come in “custom sizes.” One annoying thing: the TV antenna doesn’t work. When we mentioned it, the owners didn’t seem interested in getting it fixed, so bring a tablet in case rain keeps you indoors.
