Our room and the main lounge were spacious, pleasant, and well equipped, with spectacular views across the Valley of the Temples and the sea from the top floor. The only snag was weak wifi in our room, though it didn't spoil a very good stay. The hostess's husband made a generous breakfast whenever we asked, and prepared fresh coffee just the way we liked it. This B&B is tucked into the narrow, winding streets of Agrigento's upper historic center. The old-town neighborhood can look a little unpromising at first, but that's part of its authentic character. An elevator is a real plus in a four-story building. Parking nearby is hard, but the owner is available around the clock and kept a space for us in her car at no charge.
