We only stayed one night, but it was a charming experience. Our host Alfonso greeted us warmly and shared lots of tips on what to see and where to eat in Agrigento. The breakfast was amazing, the best we had during our whole time in Sicily. The rooms were clean, spacious enough, stylishly furnished, and had a balcony looking onto the old narrow streets. The place is in the old town, right across from the cathedral. We loved our stay and know where we’ll book if we come back to Agrigento. Highly recommended.

Alfonso and Panuccia welcomed us like family, and the experience was unforgettable. Breakfast was amazing, with a generous selection of pastries, cheese, meats, and eggs. Our room was spacious, well furnished, and tastefully decorated. The B&B Liolá is easy to reach, with ample parking, and sits directly across from San Gerlando Cathedral, one of Agrigento’s notable landmarks, in a pleasant part of town.

The old town was beautiful, with the cathedral right in front of the house, and lovely churches and restaurants nearby. We especially appreciated Alfonso and Pinuccia’s warmth and friendliness, and the things they shared with us about family values and the importance of kindness. They also offered to help organize our day trips to the Valley of Temples, Scale dei Turqui and Cacamo. The rooms were beautifully decorated, cozy, and super clean. We loved the traditional Sicilian breakfast, which we thought was the best we’d ever had. Thank you, Alfonso and Pinuccia, for such a warm welcome and hospitality. Alfonso and his wife gave us a very warm welcome. We were two couples from Poland, and they prepared the best breakfast we could have hoped for in Sicily. Both rooms were lovely and cute, one blue and the other yellow. A great place to stay while visiting Agrigento, and we highly recommend Alfonso’s house.
