The balcony overlooking the ocean was the highlight, and Gabriele made the stay even better with his warm, respectful service. The beach is across the street, while the center of San Leone is just a five-minute walk away, so the location is hard to beat. Breakfast was excellent, with pastries, sweets, breads, cold cuts, and yogurt. I highly recommend it!

The view was beautiful and the location was great, and each room has its own bathroom. Breakfast was generous. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, and also lent us bicycles. An excellent Airbnb, highly recommended. Thank you!

The balcony rooms have plenty of space and a lovely sea view. The place is close to the San Leone seafront, with both paid beach facilities and a free beach across the way. The owner is warm and helpful, and the rooms are kept in good shape, with a fridge and air conditioning. They’re cleaned and refreshed daily, and breakfast is homemade with sweet and savory choices. Highly recommend.

We rented the whole house for our family. It’s right by the sea, has driveway parking, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The rooms aren’t fancy, but they’re cozy and each has its own bathroom. The price feels very fair, and the owner was attentive and looked after us well.

We spent five days here, and the location worked well for both the beach and the city center. Gabriele was kind, helpful, and attentive to everything. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and really delicious, and the place was very clean. This B&B deserves its five stars.
