Bosco Sea Apartments

The house itself is big, clean, and well equipped, and the host was helpful and spoke English well enough. But I’d recommend staying here during the season. We visited in late September, when there was nowhere nearby to eat, get a drink, or buy basic groceries. It would’ve been very difficult without a car.

Bosco Sea Appartments was a pleasant stay for us. The downstairs rear house has a lovely garden terrace, perfect for breakfast, and the interior is nice. There’s secure parking, though the streets are narrow if you’re driving something large, so reversing into a space is probably best. Cannatello Beach and San Leone are nearby, with good restaurants there. We ate at Il Molo. The kitchen is well equipped if you’d rather eat in, and ' Mediterranea' is close by, where we had breakfast each morning. The host is very nice and around if you need him. One small suggestion: a few bottles of water in the fridge would have been welcome after our long drive, especially in the heat. Liquid hand soap in the bathroom would also be nicer than little bars that get thrown away. Just suggestions, not criticism. We’d go back.
