The host was really friendly and easy to reach on WhatsApp, and the room was nicely furnished. The balcony view wasn't very appealing. The main downside was the water heater: it beeped very loudly, sometimes over and over, which is why I took a point off.

Parking right in front of the house is free and convenient, and the location is excellent. There could be a bit more attention to detail.

Clean, well kept, and right in the center.
