After an accident left me unable to visit this guesthouse, I asked to move my April reservation to October, on a date when the room was available. The owner didn’t allow it, perhaps because of a misunderstanding or bad faith, and I lost what I paid for the rental. It’s not a serious matter, but still a shame. Another renter managed to free up a room for my preferred date on Booking.com, so I was able to change my dates there for a small extra charge. Here, though, changing the booking was impossible.

The place is lovely and close to both the sea and the center of San Leone, which you can reach on foot. The owners are very kind and attentive to detail. Highly recommended.

The owner was so kind and happy to accommodate our requests. We also had a great location, and the room was comfortable and clean, with a big, new bathroom.

Everything was clean, and the location put us right in the middle of things. We could walk to the beach or head out to enjoy the nightlife.

A clean, newly renovated place in a handy spot for reaching the beach and local sights on foot.
