Alessandra gave us such a warm welcome, and her friendly advice was really helpful. We had a top-floor room that was so quiet we couldn’t hear anything outside. Everything felt new and nicely finished, especially the bathroom and kitchen tiles. There was a bottle of water waiting in the fridge, plus coffee, sugar and salt in the kitchen cupboard. The residence is handy for sights, about a five-minute walk from the historic center and six minutes from the train station, on a dead-end street. Stairs just across from the entrance lead to a supermarket. Free parking is on the side street and was fairly easy to find at any time. I’d definitely recommend it for convenience and proximity to attractions.

The place is new and clean, but after two nights I’d say pick somewhere else given the competition. There weren’t any amenities, no breakfast, and no coffee maker, just a moka pot, if that counts. No towels either. The hair dryer overheated and stopped working. They asked for the tourist tax, and I said, “I’ll give you a bottle of water instead of paying €3.” It loses the B&B idea without breakfast.

Our room was really spacious and clean, and the location is great if you want to walk into the center. A good place to spend a few days in Agrigento.

The apartment is extremely clean, well finished and fully equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Parking on the street was easy, and the area is quiet and close to the center. There were no water shortages. The service was friendly and attentive. I’d gladly come back.
