South Valley

Such a beautiful view.

The cleaning lady was so attentive and sweet, and even suggested places to have breakfast. We had a great stay at this small, well-kept place, just a short walk from the center, with a beautiful view. Excellent. Paola and Simone

The host was so kind and helpful, and gave us detailed, useful tips. Our room was spacious and had all the comforts. It was a really enjoyable stay, with a great location for getting into the city center and traveling easily to other places. Thank you!

The room itself was attractive and nicely put together, and the stay went fairly well overall. But the payment arrangements were confusing and the host wasn't clear with me. I booked in March and asked whether I could pay the full amount then; I was told payment would be in July. During the stay, after many calls, the host kept saying he'd come by to collect, but never did. On our last day, while we were on vacation, we spoke by phone yet again, and he said he had an event. At the end of the stay I made a bank transfer, but it was rejected because he was paying commissions, so he told me to use the app. That only happened at the very end, which didn't feel welcoming and isn't how things should be handled in hospitality. There were also a few missing basics, like extra toilet rolls and soap. For toilet paper, soap, and coffee, the B&B owner or hotelier should understand what guests need, rather than leaving it to the guest.
