I had to leave immediately because, as someone with asthma, the damp, moldy room felt like an immediate health risk. It smelled bad all the time, didn't seem clean in the pictures, and the air felt wet. The air conditioner was so loud I couldn't relax or sleep, as the attached video shows. This stay was nowhere near what I expected. The owners rejected all of these concerns and brushed aside my health condition. They offered less than a 40% reimbursement. I also had to cancel other reservations and activities, which cost me more time and money. These aren't just matters of taste: I believe accommodations are legally required to be free of mold, and this was a serious health and safety issue.

The price was unbeatable, and we had a lovely stay. The owners were really helpful. I'd come back.

We were taken good care of and the location was great. If you can't find the manager, how often does he come out into the street to look for you? I'd stay again.
