Gli Aranci

We came from Hungary and this is probably the best place to stay in Agropoli. The garden has a cute little pool, and the host was extremely kind. He arranged several transfers and gave us tips about the area. Since most people in Agropoli don’t speak English, it was especially helpful that he did. Our room looked brand new and was very clean, and breakfast was local rather than the typical tourist kind, which we prefer. The location is great too, with beautiful views from the hill, three minutes from the lively town center and a five- to six-minute walk from the beach.

Gli Aranci made a lovely first visit to Agropoli for us. The property is beautiful, with a wonderful variety of citrus trees, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Our hosts were so kind and gracious. Breakfast was delightful, and being between the old and new towns made it easy to walk everywhere. I’d absolutely recommend it.

Our upstairs room had a private roof terrace, which we loved. It wasn’t big, but it was cute and had everything we needed. The garden and pool were well kept, and breakfast was great, with something different every morning. My boyfriend and I stayed for a week in June 2023, and Rafaello was a kind, helpful host who gave us lots of tips for places to visit. We could walk to the historic center, with its amazing restaurants and views. We’d absolutely recommend staying here in Agropoli. Thanks, Rafaello, for a great experience. I don’t usually leave feedback, but we really enjoyed our vacation at Gli Aranci and wanted to say so. Rafael was a great help with anything to do with our comfort at the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, with superb local food from local craftmasters that gave us a chance to try more of Italian cuisine. Rafael also advised us on where to go, what to see, and what to order at restaurants. There were so many thoughtful gestures that made the vacation a memorable, enjoyable experience. Hope we can come back one day...
