We'd really enjoyed our stay until the last day. When we returned to collect our suitcases, we saw the cleaner going through one of them. We reported it at reception, but nobody did anything. The following day we realized several things were missing, including a hair straightener, makeup bag, perfumes and clothes. We contacted the hotel, but they said we'd lost the items, even though we'd seen the cleaner take them. We had to call the police. I wouldn't recommend staying here because you can't feel safe in your own room.
