From the house, it’s easy to head out for hiking, MTB, or road rides. The host is very nice and helpful with finding routes and nearby points of interest. This renovated 900 year old house has a lovely garden with a fence, and the two dogs are very friendly, so it’s a nice place to bring your own dog on holiday. I can’t wait to ride the trails again. There’s fun to be had on an XC or trailbike, though a Downcountry bike is probably the best fit. The trails are much less rough than on Largo di Garda and are ultra flowy.

We decided to spend a night in the mountains and get away for the weekend, and had an amazing stay at Guilio Farm B&B. Guiseppe and his daughter Anna welcomed us so warmly that we felt like part of the family. We had a lovely evening all together at the dinner table, and Balu, the cute and friendly Labrador, was a joy too. Breakfast was wonderful, with homemade tarts and very fresh local ingredients. It’s a great house with lovely hosts and very nice surroundings. You can hike straight from the house in the park of Lessinia, and there’s also a very good restaurant within walking distance.
