Baita Reale

We've stayed at Baita Reale twice in Alagna and are already thinking about a third visit. The apartments are simple but clean, well looked after, and have the essentials. The owner and her staff are very kind and helpful, which more than makes up for the slightly inconvenient walk to this beautiful location. The building itself is beautiful, with its distinctive Alagna wooden loggias. Coming back in the evening always feels like Christmas.

We spent three days at Baita Reale. The property is lovely, surrounded by greenery, and very peaceful even though it's less than 200 meters from Alagna's pedestrian center. Lella was friendly and helpful from our first emails, and just as welcoming in person. I'd recommend it for a stay with children, access to the ski lifts, and sledding in the nearby meadows.

Mrs. Lella met us at the start of the road and showed us how to get to the center quickly. She also let us use a playroom with our children and another bathroom after checkout, and was very attentive about other services outside the contract. Her kindness and the apartment's comforts would definitely bring us back. We'd only booked for one night. Our hotel in Alagna had no rooms, so we were sent to this affiliated residence, where we were kindly given a two-room apartment. From the entrance, there was a dining room, a slightly separate kitchen, a double bedroom, and a very large bathroom. We unfolded two sofa beds in the dining room for our children, and both were comfortable. Everything was spotless, warm, and welcoming, with a typical mountain view.

The apartments at Baita Rosa are spacious, beautiful, and clean, and there's a spa too. They're close to the supermarket, Alagna's center, and the ski lifts. Mrs. Lella was genuinely kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
