We felt relaxed and welcome all week, thanks to the wonderful hosts and staff. The food and wine were great, and the dining room is outstanding. The connected cafe bar downstairs was the best place to unwind after skiing. Our apartment was basic and could use a facelift, which is why I rated the room lower. We knew that beforehand, though, and it didn't really bother us.

We spent July 24-25, 2014 at Hotel Monte Rosa and had a very relaxing holiday. The hosts were friendly and attentive, and the beautiful house had a pleasant atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the good food and wine in the Stuba, with mood music. We'd be glad to come back. Thank you!

After a hard day on the slopes, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Tina and Joakim were generous, warm hosts, and the food was exceptional.

The dining room is beautifully lit, and the hotel made a comfortable, convenient base for exploring the Alagna valleys. It's a lovely, very personal place.

We were five people and stayed in the nearby apartments. They were newly built, convenient, and of a very good standard. Highly recommended.
