The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and nicely equipped, and breakfast came with a lovely view. Francesca made us feel very welcome. The beach is close by, and the Albenga area works well for a holiday or a short stop while travelling through Liguria. Thanks again, Francesca, from Sebastien and family.

The dog in the yard gives a pretty loud barking welcome, so just be aware of that. Apart from that, we had a great stay. The view was lovely, the owner was lovely, and even the walk up the hill was part of the charm. We’d happily recommend the place.

We could walk from the hotel to the beach and restaurants, and there was plenty of parking. It also welcomes dogs, which is essential for us. Be careful with the suggested drive into town, though. Google Directions may send you along Passegiate Archeologico, and that road is hazardous. We lost a tire there and might have lost the car.
