SUITE MORGANA in San Zeno

I can't recommend this place because of the property manager's actions. After checking out, €50 was taken from my card without my agreement, supposedly because I hadn't emptied the household trash. The contract listed an €85 cleaning fee but no charge for taking out trash and no fines. In my view, this was an improper charge and a breach of both the agreement I signed and Booking's rules. We'd booked through Booking and paid for the stay by card. We paid the tourist tax in cash on site, as requested, and paid the garage fee. I received the keys and instructions and signed the accommodation agreement, which stated the rental price, cleaning cost and deposit. If you have a car, getting the keys and signing the agreement is inconvenient, since the parking lot is full and right in the city center. After we entered apartment 27, the floors were dirty. My daughter's slippers and the adults' slippers were all dirty after 10 minutes. There was dust on every surface and a thick layer of black dirt on the windowsills. The bed was scratched and its upholstery was coming apart. There was no duvet cover for the extra blanket, and the blanket was dirty. It was damp and cold too. Setting the temperature to 24 degrees made the floor so hot at night that it was impossible to step on, and the apartment felt stuffy.
