Being close to Verona's center was the one good thing. We had reserved a room and parking, but somehow there was no parking space for us. There was no hot water, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and it was almost impossible to get help. We could hear every movement and object being moved in other rooms. Breakfast was barely there: packaged croissants, a coffee machine with pods, and a few jars of jam. That's unusual for a B&B. I strongly wouldn't recommend staying here.

We stayed at this B&B in Verona for two nights, my girlfriend and I. The location was handy, around 18 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the Verona Arena, in my opinion. The owner also let us check in an hour early when we called. On arrival, the cleaning lady greeted us, but she spoke or understood almost no English or Italian, so we tried and failed to communicate with gestures and a few words. Thankfully, we got the owner on the phone. We paid the cleaning lady in cash and felt unsure about doing that. To reassure you, we got a receipt on our last day as requested, though I think we would have received one anyway. We only met the owner face to face that final day. We then found that about a square meter of ceiling had fallen down in the next room, which was occupied. I don't believe anything happened to the woman staying there, though she may have been badly startled. Our sheets had two small brown stains, and there was a fair amount of dirt under the bed. The visible parts of the room and bathroom were clean and looked after. I had a pretty good stay overall, but I'm not sure I'd say the same if we'd been in the next room. Hope this helps.

It was clean, comfortable, and tidy, and the price was great. Verona's center is a 10-minute walk away, and we could park using the free city pass they provided. The one drawback was that the private bathroom wasn't inside the room, so we had to leave the room to reach it.

The B&B is right in central Verona and has four rooms. There was no breakfast, but an espresso machine in the room. The furnishings were all Ikea, nice but quite simple. There's no elevator, and the single floor up is rather steep. The owner, who is Sri Lankan, was very kind. At 86E for a double room, it felt a little expensive for what you get.
