We came with our five-month-old baby, and the staff were extremely helpful with everything, including the little things we needed for the baby. When we needed a doctor, they first called one to come to the hotel. When the doctor wasn’t available, they sent us to the nearest hospital, where they knew there would be a pediatrician who could care for such a small baby. They even offered to call them from the hospital if we had language problems. The hotel is really close to the beach. Breakfast was satisfying, and we booked lunch and dinner one day. Those meals were very good by Italian standards, with antipasti, a first course, a second course, and dessert, at a really affordable price. They’re one of the few hotels in Alassio with parking. It’s 300m away from the hotel building, but having a space is very helpful in Alassio since there aren’t many options if you come by car.

Our stay was enjoyable overall. The rooms are basic but clean, and breakfast was good. The first room smelled really unpleasant, but they switched us to another one without any hassle, and it was much better. The hotel is well located and has a parking garage. We hadn’t reserved a space ahead of time, but they kindly accommodated us when we arrived.

The mattresses and pillows were old and uncomfortable, and the service was horrible. They charged us extra for parking without even telling us, then it turned out the tiny garage cost 20 euros a day. An awful, overpriced hotel. To me, it’s two stars at most.

The food was amazing, and the beach was truly great. Amazing hotel, best location and prices. I’ll be back 100%.

A family-run hotel with very friendly people, clean rooms, and an efficient restaurant.
