I felt very comfortable here as a tourist. Every staff member I met was helpful and honest. They found a parking spot for my car, and when we wanted to leave the hotel early, they assisted us right away. It was excellent value for money. The main drawback is the poor sound insulation. The hotel is in a lively area, and you can hear noise from both the street and inside the hotel just as clearly in your room. If you're sensitive to noise, sleeping may be difficult.

We've been staying here for many years, going back to before it was called the barusso.( The Ritz). We've always had a wonderful time, with great service and staff who are so helpful. The rooms are always clean and welcoming. We hope to be back soon. A & D, Edinburgh.

The location is very good. The room is tiny, but clean and has everything you need. Staff are consistently polite and helpful.

Good, though there’s room to improve. The price feels a little high for the quality, and more improvements are needed.

The central location made it easy to reach the famous Alassio street and the beaches, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. My partner and I stayed in a charming, welcoming studio with our two dogs. They were showered with cuddles and treats, and even got lovely goodies in the welcome bag. The Resindece is very nice and well cared for. Our one disappointment was the parking. The space was on a busy road, and our car came back with marks or scratches that weren’t there before. At the daily price, we expected covered, secure parking, so we couldn’t give that service five stars.
