It's been a destination for business and leisure guests for a long time, and it now has a recently renovated hotel, restaurant, and excellent bar that also draws people from outside. It's open all year and offers reasonable value. The renovation was done with great taste. The location is in the Alba Adriatica area on the Adriatic highway, a short distance from the Martinsicuro Val Vibrata motorway exit. There's plenty of parking out front, so finding a spot is never a problem. Recommended.

Management has changed once again. The higher price didn't seem justified by the service, and I also had an unpleasant conversation at the bar with someone who called himself the "owner" but clearly didn't know how to speak to guests. I checked out and moved to a seafront hotel with lower rates and very professional staff.

The hotel is on the Adriatica highway and has both a bar and a restaurant. It's a pleasant building, and the staff are friendly. The big outdoor parking area is useful, as is the location a few kilometers from the highway and the city center.

The owners were genuinely kind, but the food didn't make me feel I was somewhere out of the "ordinary." If I had to give an opinion, it fell below what I expected.
