The owners are friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and furnished well enough. It’s a quiet spot for anyone wanting a break from the daily rush. There’s a handy shared barbecue area, and the beautiful public beach at Balestrate is about 10 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Mulberries, lemons and passion fruit from the estate’s trees made breakfast extra good. There are three cottages, well laid out and equipped with all the comforts, surrounded by peaceful countryside greenery. The owner was kind, courteous and always available. It’s about 10 minutes to the sea at Ballestrate, and roughly an hour from places across western Sicily, from Cefalù to Agrigento.

We really needed a quiet break like this, and I’m going home with so many lovely memories. The property has three fully separate apartments, each with its own entrance, and there’s a barbecue right in front for grilling meat or fish. It’s not far from the center, but far enough away that we could relax without being disturbed by the shouting of passersby in Sicily, which is already quite busy these days. Filippo was cheerful, friendly and attentive, and whenever we contacted him, he made sure we had what we needed. I’d love to come back with friends. Can’t wait, and thank you again!

There are three places to stay on the property, and ours had a private terrace with a table where we could sit outside without overlooking neighbors. The peaceful setting and location were great, and we could park right on site. Philippo was always cheerful and available with tips for exploring the island. The place has everything, including a washing machine and air conditioning. Great value for money, and we’ll be back.
