I called early in the morning to ask if they had a room. I’m pregnant and needed a stop on my trip, with no special demands. The man who answered was rude and impolite, then hung up almost straight away. Very thoughtful of you.

The owners are friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The residence is clean and very well maintained. The apartments have dishes, though you need to bring your own linens. There’s air conditioning on set hours, but the apartments stay cool, so I don’t think it needs to run more often. Beside the residence there’s a beach club with a children’s play area and a bar.

If I come back to Alba Adriatica, I’d stay at Residence Riccione again. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and the location was great. Dogs are welcome, including on the beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
