The beach is private and just a short walk or bike ride away, and we can't wait to return. We spent a few days at Residence Vittoria in early July and were happy with everything: the apartment and whole building, our reserved parking spot, the bikes, and the washing machine, which came in very handy. Everything was clean, and Mrs. Eleonora and her dad were so kind. We also highly recommend the VITTORIA pastry shop!

A bike and a beach umbrella with two sun loungers, about 200 meters away, are included. The apartment was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. The owners were kind and ready to help, and we had a genuinely pleasant welcome. I'd recommend it to anyone after a great vacation in Alba Adriatica.

We've been staying at Residence Vittoria for years, and it has become our go-to place, especially because the owners are so kind and always try to meet our requests. It's also just a few meters from the beach. Parking, bikes, beach service, and Wi-Fi are all included. Dog friendly too. Highly recommended, especially for families with children.

The shoreline has rocks, so beach shoes are needed for both kids and adults. Aside from that, we had a great time at their partner beach. The beach is a five-minute walk away, or less than a minute by bike, and you can have a bike assigned for your whole stay. We came across this residence by chance and found the rooms clean and the staff very welcoming. Eleonora was especially helpful. A well-deserved five stars.

The sea may not be among Italy's most beautiful, but for a special stay in Alba Adriatica, this is the place. Our apartment was spotless and close to the sea and all the essentials. The provided bikes were handy for getting to places farther away, too. Eleonora was a real gem, always friendly, kind, and helpful, and she shared lots of tips about the area.
