The location and atmosphere made this hotel feel really special, and the beauty of the place was unbelievable. At this price level, I honestly don't know if there's another hotel in Italy with the same quality and feel. The service added to the stay. When the receptionist learned we were checking out at 5 AM, he immediately offered to prepare breakfast for us. At checkout, we also received a lovely gift of locally made soap. We loved it all. Highly recommended.

The public areas had lovely, quite plush furnishings, and the staff made us feel truly looked after. It's a beautiful hotel, and we had the best time. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

The staff work incredibly hard and are accommodating, and the hotel's location is another big strength. There's an amazing view, the beach and supermarket are close by, and the centre is about a 10-minute walk away. We liked being somewhere quiet instead of in the busy centre. The rooms are old and dated, but still functional. The food is very good, though rather expensive, and the pool is a highlight. Highly recommend!

The pool water was just right, refreshing without being too cold, and having private underground parking was convenient and reassuring. The views of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains are stunning, the kind you want to sit and take in. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which added to the relaxed feel. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mercedes in Limone and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The pool deck and the views are amazing. The hotel is dated but clean, and the food was mediocre. The woman who checked us in was lovely, and most of the staff were nice. One staff member seemed unhappy with everyone and everything. The hot tub could be warmer, since it felt about the same temperature as the pool.
